Beatrice is an Executive Director with wide experience in Human Resources and Training.

She holds an MBA – Human Resources Management from Daystar University, B/ED Degree from Kenyatta University, Higher National Diploma at IHRM, Diploma in Business Management from KIM among other professional training. She is a member of Kenya Institute of Management as we all Institute of Human Resources Management.

She has wide experience in HR Management having served in different organisations in Corporate world and NGOs. She further thrives in Performance Management and HR Related training where she has worked with various organizations in diverse industries. She aims at excellence in what she does and her passion is evident.

With her experience and background in Human Resources practice, Beatrice is a practical trainer who blends the training with the real organisational practice making the sessions very effective.

She thrives too in counselling sessions and is a mentor to many.
